The hotel facilities were great, and we could use the bikes for free to explore the city. The staff was really friendly and helpful, even arranging a boat trip to the floating markets for us. This residence offers a peaceful retreat for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the veranda by the river provides a beautiful scenery, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. the location is great, as it's just a short walk away from the floating market, and a few local restaurants. Rooms are cozy with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep.
The staff could benefit from better training in terms of service. There were instances of forgetfulness such as forgetting to clean the room or deliver all the luggage.

I recently stayed at a hotel for a business trip and was blown away by the beauty of the location. The resort was situated in a serene and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and private, making it the perfect setting for a quiet retreat. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast, which included fresh coconut straight from the tree.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The air conditioning unit in our room could have been bigger, as it was a bit warm during the day.

the pool was small compared to what I expected and there was also no possibility to order anything from the bar.
